5. Protero (Pty) Ltd (“Protero”)
Thabex continues to retain an 11.68% interest in Protero, which held a New Order Prospecting Right over the Putsberg Cu deposit in the Northern Cape Province. This investment has been impaired in full since no contact could be established with the directors of Protero and invetigations are continuing.
